TPI Assessment with Swing Analysis

This is a 60 minute full TPI physical screen with a 4-week customized program to address limitations identified during the assessment and a recorded swing analysis for a comprehensive understanding of why certain exercises are being prescribed and what they are being prescribed for.

TPI Assessment without Swing Analysis

This is a 45 minute full TPI physical screen with a customized 4-week program to address limitations identified during the assessment.

Comprehensive TPI Assessment

This assessment occurs in 2 sessions. The first session is a 60 minute standard TPI assessment with swing analysis. The second session is a 75 minute focused evaluation of the golfer's physical fitness levels, including strength, flexibility, and endurance, to customize specific golf fitness programs designed to optimize performance. In the second session the golfer will receive a baseline power screen using 4 tests, a baseline strength screen using 4 tests, and a screen for cardiovascular capac


Single Follow Up for Standard TPI Re-test

Golfers will receive a TPI mobility evaluation to compare with original screen. Consultation provided for tracking progress, adjusting, and refining the improvement plan.

Single Follow-Up session for Golf Power/Strength re-assessment

Golfer will receive the 3-phase power and strength screen to compare with orginal screen. Consultation for tracking progress, adjusting, and refining the strength/power plan.

Strength and Power Programming

Golfers will receive a comprehensive 12 week strength and power training program designed specifically to address and optimize golf performance. Program will be designed around the client’s day to day obligations and equipment access. The program will be delivered via the TPI app and have full video demonstrations and explanations of all exercises.
